I can’t say enough good things about this company. Every time they’ve come out, the technician—Brian—has been incredibly friendly and informative. I probably talk his ear off, but it never seems to faze him—he just keeps working and gets the job done efficiently. Scheduling appointments has always been easy, and I’ve never had any issues. I’ve already recommended Arch Air to friends and family, and I’ll continue to do so!

Bryan was very nice and helpful! I have an older unit and I like how he gave me good news! Mandy was kind and helpful too over the phone. Arch Air has my high recommendation.

This company has got their act together. The receptionist who answers the phone also schedules you, you don't get transferred around. Text messages are sent to confirm your appointment and also let you know when a technician is on their way. The technicians are very professional, asking about what your concerns are and then explaining what repairs are needed and the cost. They treat you like a family member, it's refreshing.

We had both our furnace and air conditioner replaced, and I can confidently say this was the smoothest, most professional HVAC experience we've ever had — and it cost us less than what we paid at our old house. That’s saying something.

Eric, the technician, was an absolute rock star. Super knowledgeable, incredibly friendly, and clearly knew his stuff. He walked us through everything without any of that upsell nonsense — just honest, expert guidance and quality work. You could tell he actually cared about doing the job right, not just getting in and out.

5-6 years ago my outside a/c unit needed replaced and the service was quick. This year, the unit went out but I failed to have a yearly maintenance contract which resulted in maintenance issue. I made a late evening call, received a prompt phone call to schedule a time, and less than 24 hrs later here we are up and running. I signed up a good maintenance contract going forward and could not ask better, prompt and professional service! Thank you!

We had no less than 6 companies come out to do bids for a new system. Arch was the first to come out, as they are who we call when we have an issue in the first place. We got 15 different bids (various brands/ configurations of efficiency with air conditioners and heaters) and after making an excel spreadsheet of the sizes/ things offered, Arch came out on top. They were quick with getting us a bid, and answered all 8000 of my texts with questions. Features wise, size wise, price wise- We got the best deal for the best system from Arch Air. Consumer reports liked Trane best, and that’s what we got. The owner (Ian) did our bid, and he and the install guys are personable and friendly and professional. Even the lady I make appointments with seems to remember us when I call. (Hopefully not because I’m a pain, but it’s possible… Lol)

I research every major decision thoroughly, and I’m confident that if you did the same as we did on choosing a new system, you’d choose Arch Air too. If you don’t want to do all the research, skip straight to Arch Air and know you did the best.

The Arch Air representatives answered all my questions, gave me a great price, and worked steadily through a very long day to complete the installation of my new ac/furnace system. Several friends and neighbors recommended this company, and they did a great job.

Bryan was wonderful and very professional! He was clear and proficient about the problem and set the expectation toward a proper resolution!! Bryan got us back in business and we are very happy, thank you Arch Air!!

Arch was quick and competitively priced. They were punctual and kind. I had a basic inspection and tune up performed. They did a good job. I also like that they don't charge inflated prices to try and force you into a long term contract.

Ian serviced my air conditioner and my daughter’s. He was polite and went over the results and gave us some suggestions to keep them running good. I will definitely use this company again.

I love Arch Air Services! They are always so friendly and teach me something new every time they service our HVAC system. I highly recommend.
